You will find it if you look hard enough and attune yourself to your feelings--that moment in every day of your life in which you are still, serene, and content, even if all the odds are against you. For some people it is witnessing the sunrise through their bedroom window. For others it is having their cup of coffee, or spending time with their pet, or washing the dishes, or contemplating an antique, or resting in the shadows of dusk. Or writing. Or painting. It is that moment when one is totally vulnerable and totally at peace. It is usually accompanied by a pleasant, tingling sensation that begins in one's guts, or on the soles of one's feet, and then creeps all over one's body.
Yes, it is possible for you to have more than one such moment in one day. But, people usually don't go out of their way to find those moments, let alone a single moment, because they have learned to be reluctant to attune themselves to their feelings and are hesitant to amplify their powers of observation.
Identify your moment, and know that you are loved by the world.
